This policy explains how WebGurus (we, us) — who run the Growth Logics Framework offering together with GrowthLogics — collect and handle the personal data you share through this website. We are the data controller. Questions? Email hello@webgurus.ai.

What we collect

When you submit the discovery-call form we collect the details you provide: your name, work email, company, phone number, and your description of what you'd want an AI agent to handle. We also record that you gave consent and the time you submitted.

Why we use it

We use these details only to respond to your enquiry and arrange a discovery call. The legal basis is your consent, together with our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us. We don't use your details for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

Your submission reaches our team inbox via Resend (email delivery) and is stored in our customer database in Notion. These providers process the data on our behalf. We don't sell your data or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep your details only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any engagement that follows. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability, and you can object to our processing. To exercise any of these, email hello@webgurus.ai. You also have the right to complain to your data-protection authority — in Romania, the ANSPDCP.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site — which pages are viewed and which buttons and links are clicked — so we can improve it. GA4 sets cookies and processes usage data (such as a truncated IP address and a random identifier) on Google's infrastructure; we don't use it for advertising. You can opt out by blocking cookies in your browser or with Google's opt-out add-on.
